Refund & Replacement Policy

If there’s an issue with your order upon delivery:

·       Notify us within 24 hours via info@m3athaus.co.za or WhatsApp.

·       Include your order number and photos if applicable.

·       We will arrange a replacement or credit note depending on the situation.

·      Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
